Founded by passionate women in the industry, our mission is to connect, support, and uplift women who are building their futures — and the future of construction — right here in Southwest Florida.
We created this group to give women in all areas of the construction field a space to be seen, heard, and celebrated. Whether you're an architect, project manager, contractor, designer, tradeswoman, or just beginning your journey — you belong here.
Together, we share knowledge, create opportunities, and open doors for one another.
Through networking events, mentorship, spotlight features, and real conversations, we’re reshaping what it means to be a woman in a male-dominated industry.
