Who can join Southwest Florida Women in Construction?

Any woman working in, studying, or passionate about the construction industry in Southwest Florida is welcome! Whether you're in trades, design, project management, architecture, engineering, or just exploring the field — you belong here.
Is there a membership fee?

At this time, membership is free! We're focused on building a strong, supportive community first. As we grow, we may introduce optional paid events, sponsorship opportunities, or premium resources.
Do I have to live in Southwest Florida to participate?

While we are based in the SWFL region, we welcome women from all areas of Florida. Some of our resources and virtual events may be open to a wider audience as we grow!
What kinds of events do you host?

We host networking mixers, coffee chats, educational panels, workshops, and spotlight events that celebrate women in our industry. Both in-person and virtual events will be announced on our website and social media.
How can I get involved or volunteer?
