Afterglow Society
The Afterglow Society was created as an elevated summer evening for the women of SWFL Women in Construction to connect, celebrate, and enjoy the community we’ve built beyond the jobsite. Hosted in honor of reaching 1,300 members, the evening brought together industry professionals for rooftop cocktails, meaningful conversations, and a well-deserved moment to celebrate the relationships that continue to strengthen our growing network.
More than an event, Afterglow Society was a celebration of connection, community, and the women helping shape the future of Southwest Florida’s construction industry.
Build To Heal
Build To Heal was created as a space for honest conversation, wellness, reflection, and connection within the construction and business community. The event brought together women, leaders, professionals, sponsors, and community partners for a meaningful day centered on mental health, healing, and support. From panel conversations to wellness activations, Build To Heal reminded us that strength and vulnerability can exist in the same room.
She Builds Wealth
She Builds Wealth was created to spark conversations around financial confidence, business growth, and long-term success. This event gave attendees space to learn, connect, and explore what it means to build wealth with intention, knowledge, and community support.
Leadership
Our Leadership Visit to the Procurement & Development Office created an opportunity for members and leaders to engage in meaningful conversations around access, opportunity, procurement, development, and the future of our industry. The visit reflected SWFL WIC’s commitment to building relationships that create visibility and open doors.
