The Afterglow Society
The Afterglow Society brought the SWFL Women in Construction community together for an intimate summer evening centered around connection, conversation, and celebration.
Hosted in honor of reaching 1,300 members, the evening created an opportunity to step away from the everyday pace of the industry and simply enjoy the community we continue to build together. Guests gathered over rooftop cocktails, shared conversations, strengthened existing relationships, and created new ones in a relaxed and elevated setting.
A Summer Evening of Connection, Celebration & Community
Reaching 1,300 members marked an exciting milestone for SWFL Women in Construction and gave us the perfect reason to celebrate.
What began as an idea to create stronger connections among women in the industry has continued to grow into a community of professionals, business owners, leaders, and emerging voices who are helping shape construction throughout Southwest Florida.
The Afterglow Society was our way of celebrating the people behind that growth.
AN EVENING DESIGNED FOR CONNECTION
Afterglow Society united the SWFL Women in Construction community for an evening of rooftop cocktails, live music, live artists and conversation to shared laughs and new introductions, the evening was intentionally designed to feel personal and welcoming.
Rather than a traditional networking event, Afterglow encouraged guests to slow down, connect naturally, and enjoy the relationships that make this community special.
