On May 30, 2026, SWFL WIC brought women, professionals, leaders, and community partners together for an experience centered on mental health, wellness, reflection, and meaningful connection.
More Than an Event
Build To Heal was created to bring mental health, wellness, and meaningful connection into conversations surrounding construction, business, and leadership.
The event gave attendees a space to pause, reflect, and connect beyond their professional titles. Attendees experienced creative and wellness-centered activities designed to help them pause, reflect, and reconnect with themselves. Through honest conversations, wellness experiences, and community support, Build To Heal reminded everyone in the room that strength and vulnerability can exist together.
