Women in Construction Week 2026 is a multi-day Southwest Florida activation hosted by SWFL Women in Construction in recognition of the national Women in Construction Week.
This week is designed to bring together women working in and supporting the construction industry — from the field to leadership — through intentional programming that builds visibility, confidence, and connection.
Throughout the week, attendees will experience leadership recognition, technical skill-building, real jobsite exposure, and curated networking opportunities.
