Southwest Florida
In recognition of Women in Construction Week 2026,
SWFL Women in Construction is bringing our community together for a multi-day celebration of leadership, skill, visibility, and real industry connection across Southwest Florida.
Women in construction are project managers, architects, designers, tradeswomen, developers, estimators, and business owners. We are shaping job sites, boardrooms, and skylines across Florida.
This week is about honoring that impact — and creating space for it to grow.
